This site makes available the sequences generated by 454 and Illumina high-throughput sequencing of Potamopyrgus antipodarum ("New Zealand mudsnail") mRNA and genomic DNA. Your sequences can be compared to the P. antipodarum contigs with an
online BLAST search or you can search our database of contig annotations and descriptions.
You can also download the transcriptome sequences and the results of our analysis (454 data only).
